💌 Shipping Info & Dates 💌
All envelopes are shipped monthly. Since I personally prepare each package with care, the ship date may vary slightly each month (e.g. weekends, holidays).
•International shipping available•
To keep the magic affordable, international packages are sent without tracking via post. You'll receive a confirmation email when your envelope has been sent.
📮 How the Mail Club works 📮
The subscription cut-off is the last day of each month.
All mail will then be carefully packed and posted between the 1st–10th of the following month ✨

For example:
• If you subscribe anytime in January → your first envelope ships between February 1st–10th
• If you subscribe anytime in February → your first envelope ships between March 1st–10th
This gives me enough time to lovingly prepare every package before it heads off to its new home 🤎

A Little Note About Delivery 🐌
Please keep in mind that this is snail mail and that’s part of the magic! This whimsical Mail Club is all about slowing down, savoring anticipation, and enjoying the gentle rhythm of something beautiful making its way to you.

Your magical envelope may take around 2-6 weeks to arrive (for international postage) and sometimes a little longer during holidays, festive seasons, or busy times of the year (like Black Friday, Christmas, etc). Thank you for embracing the slower pace and trusting the journey of your art mail.

If your mail still hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks, please drop me an email (kirstingoldie@icloud.com) and I’ll double-check your address and make sure to find a solution together.

PAYMENT INFO 💳:
❤︎ You will be automatically billed monthly on the same day that you signed up.

❤︎ Payment via PayPal is encouraged (lower fees) over credit/debit card. Card still works if you need it though!

PSA🏠: If you live in a flat/apartment or unit, REMEMBER TO INCLUDE your number! The postal service won't deliver your mail if you don't include your flat or unit number.

When will I get my first envelope?
If you subscribe before the cut-off (the end of each month), your first envelope will be in next month’s shipment.
For example… If you sign up between January 1st - January 31st you will receive February’s mail.
But if you sign up AFTER the cut off (February 1st) you will receive March’s mail.
Can I skip a month?
Yes! You can skip any month by simply contacting me via email - kirstingoldie@icloud.com and asking me to apply this change for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely, there are no penalties or hard feelings 🤗
Are these available internationally?
Yes, I'm sending magic and whimsy all over the world!
